Majoring in the graphic design BFA program at The University of Lowell Massachusetts, Ash Tran is an art and design enthusiast and an active appreciator of the local art and music community in her hometown.
Most recently, she has been awarded with the 2025 UML Senior Studio Award in Graphic Design, the highest honor for graduating designers.
Prior to her education at UML, she graduated from Middlesex CC with an Associates degree in Studio Arts. During her educational pursuit, she freelanced for local businesses, non-profits, and organizations in Lowell.
She got the early boost of knowledge at Greater Lowell Technical high school, where her design skills were first acquired starting sophomore year; where she is now an active member of the advisory board of Design & Visual Communications.
She is currently a graphic design intern working with twin-owned A Good Pear Design Studios as she finishes her studies to graduate in the spring of 2025.
