Feelin' Better is a book and platform that helps educate the viewer  and encourage those with addictions to seek help & work towards healthier habits through reading sources, personal stories, and mindfulness practices.
The objective of this project was to  stem off from the word "motivate" to help choose a final topic. Through this semester long project, I've designed an 80 page book, prototype  website, two 24inx36in posters, and a  10 second motion graphic.
My topic was narrowed down to Addiction & Recovery and the transitional journey between the two stages.  The audience for this topic would be people who suffer from addiction, folks who want to support those with addictive habits, and for anyone who wants to explore the topic more in-depth.
My intention behind these posters is to induce wonder and reflection from the viewers.

The main challenge for me creating these posters were showing clearly the parallels of my concept; Addiction vs Recovery and execute the designs. The concept of these two posters are clustered addiction and clean for recovery. These two 24inx36in posters work better together but still hold their own with simple type design.

The website works as a preview of the book, showcasing some information. More information like statistics, first-hand stories, and mindfulness techniques can be found by purchasing the book.
There was plenty of mental planning for the flow of the book. These mind mapping exercises helped me narrow down a direction of how I want the user to read the information and the journey they go through.
